Michael W. Vacchiano is a Denver based artist with a primary focus in figurative oil painting and portraiture. Vacchiano completed his BFA at CU Boulder in 2004 and has maintained a studio in Colorado since that time. Most recently he was the co-owner and curator of Point Gallery and collaborated on The Curtis Hotel Mural Project with fellow artist Forrest J Morrison. Recent exhibitions include Artopia 2016, The Art District on Santa Fe Best of Show 2016 and Sticky Situation 2016. Vacchiano's work has been exhibited throughout Colorado and his paintings can be found in a number of private collections throughout the United States and abroad.
